Proposal Engineer for Almnabr

We are hiring a Proposal Engineer.
Job Description
Prepares Scope of Work for technical proposals with the support of all engineering departments in line with the RFP.  
Determines inputs for contract pricing and prepares methodology/plan of approach.
Attends pre-bid meeting with clients.
Maintains a chronological file of proposal history comprising supporting technical and financial documents and calculations not included in the proposal, and keeps a copy of all documents in the proposal master file. 
Participates in preparing proposal presentation to Clients, as deemed necessary.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline..
From 2 to 4 years of experience in preparing and analyzing technical and financial proposals and prequalification documents as well as presentations.
