Production Engineer for Friday Ice

We are hiring #Production Engineer
Job Description:-
👉 Ensure the achievement of 100% of the production plan allocated for each line while adhering to predetermined Quality and Safety standards.
👉 Allocate day-to-day manpower across different functions on the production lines and address any attendance issues promptly.
👉 Review and monitor production reports, preparing productivity analyses including downtime and efficiency analyses.
👉 Direct the production process per line and develop production schedules, coordinating closely with the Maintenance department to ensure maintenance schedules do not disrupt production targets.
👉 Recommend preventive maintenance initiatives to the maintenance team based on machinery performance supervision.
👉 Oversee the implementation of changeover processes in accordance with the production plan.
👉 Monitor waste rates and production scrap, analyze root causes, and propose measures to reduce waste.
👉 Conduct periodic inventory checks to control waste and material usage variances.
👉 Confectionery division with prior experience in chocolate products
Job Requirements :-
✏️ Bachelor's degree in Agricultural sciences, Food science and technology engineering
✏️ 3-5 years of experience, In Food & Beverage industry,
✏️ Experience or background in FMCG is preferred
✏️ Must work in food and beverages industry
* Times of work  Morning Shift( 8am : 8pm ) -  Night Shift( 8pm : 8am  next day) Friday off.
* Location     :- 10th of Ramadan
* Bus available (10th of Ramadan - Belbeis - Ismailia - Al-Salam Ring Road).
