1-3 years experience
Job Scope:
- Review and verify sales contracts and payment details
- Assist in monthly and annual closing
- Generate and send out invoices
- Maintain up-to-date billing system, follow up on collection, and allocate
receipts
- Ensure the payments are collected on time
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
Review daily journal entries and transactions
- Prepare AR related reports
Skills Required:
- Good Communication Skills
- Real Estate background is a must
- Facility Management background is preferred
Oracle ERP Knowledge
- Advanced Excel
