:Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Proven experience of [5-8] years in facility management, particularly in residential compounds.
Solid knowledge and experience in managing soft services, such as cleaning, landscaping, security, and maintenance.
Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource management.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
