Mechanical Technical office Engineer Required immediately for VALUE Developments.

Work_location: Fifth settlement, Cairo, Egypt.

Qualifications: 

 Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
 Years of experience: +10 experience in Real estate or Construction.
Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE).
Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, or other).
Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools.
Creativity and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly and understandably.
Technical writing skills.
