- Architectural BIM Manager: 12-15 years of Exp.
- Architectural BIM Team Lead: 10-12 years of Exp.
- Senior Architectural BIM Engineer: 7-10 years of Exp.
- Junior Architectural BIM Engineer: 3-5 years of Exp.
- Structural BIM Team Lead: 10-12 years of Exp.
- Senior Structural BIM Engineer: 7-10 years of Exp.
- Junior Structural BIM Engineer: 3-5 years of Exp
General requirements for all positions: 
1- Shop drawing experience is a must.
2- Revit Models
3- experience in hotels is a must
4- gulf experience is preferred
