-Requirements
•  Education: BSc. of Urban and Regional Planning or an architectural bachelor’s degree.
•  Experience: From 05 to 08 Years  
-Computer skills: 
•  CAD, REVIT. (Revit is A Plus)
•  3dmax, Lumion, V-ray, photoshop presentation techniques.
•  All Microsoft office programs.
English Language skills: Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
- Some of Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed landscape plans, including hardscape designs, and coordinated construction drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and preferences for outdoor spaces.
• Review & comment on conceptual landscape, grading, roods designs.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and sustainable design principles.
• Participate in client & consultant meetings, presentations, and public hearings as needed.
• Performs original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs.
• Developing landscape design packages into DD and TD packages.
• Ability to manage time/production between various projects at the same time.
• Coordination of packages with other disciplines
• Assists in compiling data for Landscape plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc.
• Assists in creating plans, designs and drawings using CAD & Revit programs.
• Assists in advising on matters to do with environmental conservation.
• Assists in preparation of design development drawings.
• Assists in the preparation of “record” drawings on completion of construction.
• Assists in developing and/or coordinating development of detailed working drawings and specifications after approval for project has been obtained.

Days of work: Weekly From Sunday to Thursday
