Senior BIM Mechanical Engineer for Kemet Corporation for BIM Engineering

Kemet Corporation for BIM Engineering is looking for a " Senior BIM Mechanical Engineer " to be a part of their team. 
Job Duties:
 - Creating 2D drawings and 3D models from BIM data.
 - Conducting basic clash detection to identify and report conflicts between different building systems.
 - Participating in the development of proposals and bids for new projects.
 - Assisting in the preparation of quantity takeoffs and material schedules from BIM models.
 - Assisting in the implementation of BIM standards and processes within the organization.
 - Assisting in the development and maintenance of BIM models for construction projects.
Required Skills:
 - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering  
 - From 3 to 6 years of experience.
 - Strong experience in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting).
 - Very good experience in Revit & Navisworks is a must.
 - Creating and managing BIM families is a must.
 - Very good knowledge of BIM workflows & Managing various 3D discipline models.
 - Knowledge in Preparing RFIs & Technical reports.
 - Construction industry background is preferred.
