Alpha Omega Egypt is hiring a new position as "Stock controller" to join our team :

Summary:

Alpha Omega Egypt was established in 2015 and has been engaged in

manufacturing and exporting apparel.

Requirements and qualifications:-

-Bachelor's degree in finance or any relevant field

- 3:7 years' of experience preferably in the same industry "Garment"

- ERP experience is an asset

-proficient with Microsoft Excel in particular

-Very Good Command of the English Language

-Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information

-Excellent Data analysis, accuracy, and monitoring skills.

Responsibilities:

•Receiving the additional orders from the raw materials store, reviewing them, and matching them with the orders received from the suppliers, and then including them in the estimate.

•Inserting the additional permissions after completing the system review and making the necessary accounting entries.

•Communicate periodically with suppliers to confirm the balances, prepare a weekly report on the supplier balances after the approval process, and deliver it to the direct manager.

•Receiving disbursement permits from the raw materials warehouse and reviewing them with the disbursement order issued by the Planning Department.

•Receiving and reviewing the exchange and additional from the warehouse.

•Conduct a random inventory of the items in the raw materials stores, match them with the item card, and issue a book report on the inventory process and errors found in the inventory

•Responsible for the fixed assets store and stocks.
