HSE Manager for Oil & Gas Construction Company in Oman

hiring  for a leading Oil & Gas Construction Company in Oman.
Designation: HSE Manager
Job Description:
* Should have previously worked in Oil & Gas Construction Companies engaged in Proecss Plant / Cross-Country Pipelines / Flowlines / Gathering Station projects.
* The company is looking for candidates who have worked in Oman, Oil & Gas projects at PDO/ OQ/ OXY/ BP concessions.
* Lead a team of HSE Advisors and oversee all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) activities on the construction site. Provide guidance, direction, and support to site personnel to ensure compliance with Company HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Carry out HSE inspection of Work Area, Work Method, Men, Machine & Materials and other tools and tackles.
* Advise & coordinate for implementation of Work Permit Systems.
* Creating HSE awareness through Pep Talk.
* HSE Inspection of various aspects as in line with the legal & other requirements
* Relevant HSE training as per the job-specific requirements
* Coordination and interaction with customers and client
* Facilitates as well as ensures availability of risk assessments for all activities.
* Organize campaigns, competitions & other special emphasis programs.
* Investigate & Analyze Incidents. Follow up to ensure implementation of recommended preventive action at sites.
* Impart HSE Orientation & organize need-based Training programs for all project personnel as per Project Training Matrix.
* Facilitates implementation of the HSE management system as per the Company’s requirements
* Ensure Emergency Preparedness of the Project and coordinate the implementation of the Emergency Response Plan.
* Promote Health, Safety & Environmental awareness.
* Participate in Meetings & audits with Clients
* Prepare monthly HSE MIS for review by Leadership team.
* Keep up-to-date with recommended codes of practice and safety literature and circulate information applicable to aa personnel at the site.
* Ensure welfare and first aid facilities are adequate and properly maintained.
* Experience: 10–15 Years , out of which 5 years in the Middle East & minimum 6 years of experience in HSE managerial positions in Oil & Gas construction sites.
 * Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / BSc / MSc & must have NEBOSH IGC & IOSH certification
Job Location: Oman, Site Based
 Job Duration: Long Term (2+ Years)
 Salary: As per Company standard, based on years of experience, current/last CTC
