Job Requirements

· Degree in Engineering (Civil/Arch.) with specialization in Project Management or Cost Control.
· Min 5 - 10 years’ experience in project estimating and pricing landscape projects.
· Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.
· Excellent knowledge in the use of M.S Excel. 

· Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
