Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Senior Structural Shop Drawing/BIM Engineer. The Senior Structural Shop Drawing/BIM Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing structural shop drawings and BIM models, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and coordinating with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues. They will also be required to mentor and train junior team members.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
Experience in preparing structural shop drawings and BIM models
Experience with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, AutoCAD Structural Detailer (ASD), and Navisworks
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team environment
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to mentor and train junior team members

In addition to the required qualifications for this role, experience in Structural design, project management, and collaboration with international clients would be an asset.
