Mobile Maintenance Engineer for Samsung

We are hiring Mobile Maintenance Engineer 
Job Summary 
The Service Engineer complies the maintenance cycle which starts with receiving the mobile phone, diagnose the defect and repair it until its full maintained , Also providing face to face service with the clients by handling their inquires during the maintenance process
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities: 
- Receiving the devices which his superior assigns.
- Running full diagnose to find the exact defect.
- Assigning the device when received to obtain its maintenance. 
- Responsible for ordering the needed parts and following up until receiving it from the other responsible section team members. 
- Troubleshoot devices breakdown and provide effective and efficient maintenance services.
- Handling customer’s technical inquiries. 
- Responsible for changing device status on system within maintenance cycle.
- Repairing faulty devices, according to manufacturer standards.
- Maintain close cooperation with the other team members and colleagues.
- Escalate technical repair problems to his Superior. 
Education 
Bachelor degree in Engineering - Electronics and communication field
Work Location : Alexandria
