Senior Architect Engineer for Contact Development

Contact Development require for hiring 
Senior Architect Engineer

Requirements:
- Experience 5 - 8 years at least with focus on mixed-use and large-scale projects   
-Familiar with AutoCAD 2D-3D & Revit 
- Great Communication skills with leaders & clients.
- Leadership & ability to lead and monitor team within time frame & clear LOD
-Write and submit monthly report to the project manager for each project.
- Coordinating with other disciplines to ensure that they meet all deadlines and deliverables during different stages.
- Hold regular meetings with project sub consultants to coordinate architectural needs and requirements, solve problems and clarify technical issues.
- Well known with project documents such as BOQ, Specs, FF&E, etc.
- Problems solving skills.
Working Conditions:
-Working Hours: From 09:00 AM till 05:00 PM
- 2 Days Off (Friday & Saturday)
- Social & Medical Insurance
