Cost Control Engineers for Abnaa Sinai For Construction

We're looking for Cost Control Engineers [Site Based] to join us Abnaa Sinai For Construction & Building with the below responsibilities & requirements:

▫️ Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to create detailed project budgets, considering all relevant costs, resources, and timelines. 

▫️ Providing accurate cost estimates for various project components, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead, to support budgeting and forecasting activities.

▫️ Regularly tracking and analyzing project expenditures to identify any variances from the budget. Investigating and reporting on the reasons for these discrepancies.

▫️ Generating regular reports on project cost performance, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders, and offering recommendations for cost optimization.

▫️ A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
▫️ Previous experience [from 2:4 years] in project cost control, cost estimation, or related roles within the construction, engineering, or project management sectors.
▫️ Strong quantitative and analytical skills to assess and interpret financial data.
▫️ Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
