Makaseb - Digital Agency is hiring:
1. Account Executive (Digital /Performance Background)
Tasks:
- Managing Team of Social Media Moderators.
- Operating Tasks on the Notion platform.
- Add all preliminary data to the customer on Notion and follow up on the addition of data and reports periodically.
- Ensure that all access permits are taken to the customer's advertising and social media accounts.
- Manage/ observe social media platforms and optimize when needed.
- Organizing tasks & Working Closely with the Creative team.
- Work to achieve the digital goals agreed upon with the client.
- Sending monthly reports showing all the tasks and achievements during the month.

Qualifications:
• B.S. in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Account Executive.
• Maximum age limit is 28.
• Experience in using Account Management CRM Software (such as Notion, HubSpot, etc.) & MS Office Suite.
• A Digital Marketing Certificate (diploma or course) is required.
• Background in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Experience with KSA & GCC clients is preferred.
• E-commerce experience is preferred.
• Must be familiar with chatting and receiving calls.
• Must have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, and becustomer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
• Excellent problem-solving and account management skills.
• Very good in English writing & speaking.
• Must have great attention to detail.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Must have an analytical mind.
