Mechanical Engineer for ATA Architects International

ATA Architects International is Hiring " Mechanical Engineer For “ Riyadh Office “  :
Must be Resident in Riyadh
Nationality must be Egyptian
◼️ Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Monitor the installation of Mechanical, HVAC, Firefighting, plumbing, AC system.
▪️ Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to site engineers.
▪️ Ensure the approval of samples and catalogs prior to implementation and the quality of work performed by the subcontractors according to drawings, codes and industry assets.
▪️ Supervise the implementation of the necessary tests for the stages of work
▪️ Review and approve the monthly claims prepared by the contractors.
▪️ Supervise and implement the installation of all mechanical activities (HVAC, Firefighting,
Plumbing )
▪️ Ensures all works carried comply with the mechanical drawings and project specifications as stipulated.
▪️ Make quantity surveys and issue material requests and approve it by the construction and project manager to deliver it to the procurement department
▪️ Follow up with site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
▪️ Follow up the project milestones achievement according to the time schedule set
▪️ Prepare weekly and monthly progress report.
▪️ Participate in resolving any technical issues may arise.
▪️ Comply with the safety precautions on site.
◾️Requirements :
▪️ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
▪️ Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software engineering drawings and models (AutoCAD, Revit ,Elite , HAP).
▪️ Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
▪️ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
▪️ Knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
