We are immediately #hiring  for our office at 6th of october - MOA the following positions:
 1. Senior Technical Architect. (A-01)
2. Design Architect. (A-02)

Company Description:
Be+ Architects is an architectural consultancy practice which offers innovative design solutions in the fields of architecture, planning, and interior design. We are skilled in a variety of architectural aspects from conceptual thinking to project crafting, and provide BIM services to clients across projects.

1. Senior Technical Architect (A-01)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Revit, and AutoCAD softwares.
Experience in BIM modelling using LOD 350 or higher.
Ability to coordinate design models with multiple external consultants.
Good communication skills.
Adept at reading and understanding construction documents and specifications.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Dynamo is a plus.
Experience in managing and guiding junior staff is a plus.
Previous experience in the Gulf area is a plus.

2. Design Architect. (A-02)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
A strong design portfolio with high quality visualizations.
A Proficient user of 3ds max/ Sketchup/ Rhino softwares (at least 1) in addition to Vray/corona rendering.
A proficient user of Autocad, Revit, Adobe creative suit.
Familiarity with BIM modelling is a plus.
Previous experience in the Gulf area is a plus.
Good communication skills.
