 Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Refining Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of experience.
Proficiency in software simulation.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Proficiency in chemical engineering fundamentals.
Previous experience in petroleum refining and petrochemical plants is preferred.
Ability to prepare periodic reports accurately and proficiently.

Planning and organizing production operations.
Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with standards.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve performance and increase productivity.
