We are seeking a reliable and experienced Accountant to join our team at ELSI Logistics. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English, possess a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, and have a keen eye for detail. As our Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial data, expenses, and payroll operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CA certification is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Accountant, with prior experience in a senior accounting role.

Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage.

Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports and statements.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive financial information.

Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Manifest Collection and Tracking:**

- Daily collection of manifests from drivers to accurately record the number of stops made during deliveries.

- Maintain a comprehensive record of all delivery activities

2. **Expense Management:**

- Track and manage company expenses, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize expenditure and cost-saving strategies.

3. **Payroll Administration:**

- Responsible for collecting attendance data for all employees and managers.

- Accurately process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all staff members.

4. **Financial Reporting:**

- Prepare and send weekly and monthly financial reports to the business owner, summarizing key financial insights and performance metrics.

5. **Software Proficiency:**

- Utilize Excel and QuickBooks for data analysis, financial reporting, and general accounting tasks.

Location : New Cairo

Working Hours : Mon-Fri 12 am - 9 pm

Salary : 18k to 30k depending on the level of Experience
