AR Accountant for Eurovan

We are hiring for a multinational shipment company AR Accountant
• Location Naser city.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Management of Customer Accounts and Invoicing .
• Review and record invoices issued to customers.
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and their compliance with contracts and agreements.
• Debt Collection and Follow-up .
• Implement debt collection procedures for outstanding debts.
• Communicate with customers to settle overdue accounts.
• Cash Management
• Update records of incoming payments
• Prepare reports related to account status and cash liquidity
• Resolution of Disputes
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing disputes
• Data Analysis
• Prepare analyses and reports of accounts receivable.
• Assess credit risks and provide recommendations for improving collection processes.
• Sales-Related Tax Duties.
• Accurately calculate and record sales taxes in financial records.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit tax returns related to sales.
• Communicate with tax authorities and resolve any tax issues or inquiries.
• Work closely with the sales and technical support departments to ensure effective debt collection.
Requirements .
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience 3-4 Years.
• Age 25 to 35.
• Must have experience in shipment .
• Proficiency in accounting S.W & MS Program.
• Ability to analyze data and provide accurate reports.
