About the job:
Ali Salah Architect firm is seeking a senior Architect / interior designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
Location: Hadayek Al Ahram, Giza.
Working Hours: Sun to Thu, Fri and Sat off (8 Working Hours).
Responsibilities:
• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Define project requirements and schedule during the
"brief"
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
• Set costs and project fees according to budget
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
• Prepare mood boards and presentations for the designed projects
• Design shop drawings (plan, elevation, details).
• Coordinates drawings for electrical, air-condition and firefighting outlets.
• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
Qualifications:
• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Proficient in 3D Max (V-ray or Corona Render), AutoCad, Revit and Photoshop
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
• Communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering
