FINEST is current hiring Interior Design Team leader

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Team Leader Interior Designer at Finest Hospitality Integrated Solutions. The role involves leading and managing a team of designers to ensure the successful completion of interior design projects. The Team Leader Interior Designer will be responsible for overseeing the design process and implementing quality control measures to ensure the design team delivers projects on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Qualifications 
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design 
• Minimum of 13 years of experience in interior design, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Excellent design skills, with a strong understanding of design principles, materials, and trends
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and other design software
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of designers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients and team members
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
