We are hiring Cost Control Accountant F&B Restaurant to join our team at Madinaty and Rehab branches.

This is a great opportunity for an individual with 3-5 years of experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry who possesses strong analytical skills and a passion for cost management.

Work location: Madinaty, Rehab

Age: 20 up to 30

Responsibilities:

- Perform all cost control tasks, including menu pricing, to ensure accurate and profitable pricing of menu items.

- Conduct supplier checks to verify pricing accuracy and negotiate favorable pricing agreements.

- Implement and monitor cash controls to maintain accurate cash transactions and documentation.

- Oversee deposit management and ensure proper recording and reconciliation of customer deposits.

- Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and identify any discrepancies or possible losses.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar cost control role within the F&B industry.

- Strong knowledge of cost control principles and practices.

- Proficiency in financial analysis and cost management tools.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficient in using MS Excel and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in the F&B industry, particularly in a multi-branch environment.

- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
