As we embark on our journey to establish a state-of-the-art production facility, we are seeking a talented Chemical Production Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building and optimizing our production line.

Responsibilities:

Production Line Setup:

Initiate setup and commissioning of the toothpaste manufacturing production line.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of equipment and processes.

Process Optimization:

Develop and implement efficient production processes to meet quality and quantity targets.

Conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Quality Control:

Establish and enforce quality control measures in line with industry standards.

Conduct thorough testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards for toothpaste manufacturing.

Work closely with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary certifications.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production operations.

Provide training and guidance to production staff.

Continuous Improvement:

Implement a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the production process.

Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in setting up and optimizing production lines, preferably in the oral care or consumer goods industry.

Strong understanding of chemical processes and formulations, with specific knowledge of toothpaste production being a plus.

Familiarity with quality control standards and regulatory requirements.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage resources effectively.

Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with a diverse team.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
