Job Position – Sr. Network Engineer

Includes but not limited to
• Technical communications with various service providers to ensure optimum performance & uptime.
• Ensure all network equipment and communication links are healthy and updated.
• Properly plan for upgrades as needed ahead of time for all network equipment and links.
• Support other groups with troubleshooting and ticket resolution as needed.
• Set and implement proper work policies and procedures including planning for disaster recovery.
• Suggest improvements in the network to enhance overall performance and availability.
• Ability to lead teams and follow up jobs properly.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience.
• Cisco certification CCNP minimum, and Cisco CCIE is preferred.
• ISP or telecom experience is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge and certification in BGP, MPLS and OSPF is essential.
• Cloud platform knowledge and virtualization with VMware.
