Administrative Assistant
شرح مهام الوظيفة
• Assists the Operations with daily clerical and administrative duties. (e.g. Preparation of memorandums, letters, and spreadsheets for dissemination).
• Maintains activity databases with current information diligently.
• Review field tickets, payroll reports, mileage and expenses claims for accuracy before submission for approval.
• Makes travel arrangements with provider for manpower movement and obtain work visa for technicians.
• Coordinates training for field personnel.
• Resolves invoice discrepancies of customers in a timely manner.
• Reviews all contracts for billing accuracy, prepares weekly billing to customers.
• Provides relief for receptionist as needed.
• Attend weekly safety meetings and scheduling of conference room.
• Assists with preparing purchase orders and invoices for 3rd party or internal customers
• Distribute and track coveralls/safety materials for Top Drive Technicians.
• Reconciliation, and tracking of reports and data entry
• Electronic and paper filing of equipment documentation and job information
• Correspondence and coordination with other Business Units
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
