Architect & 3D Visualizer ( 4 Years )
Bachelor of Architecture Engineering degree.
Job Requirement & Responsibilities:
• Creates a variety of high-quality architectural Design 3D models & renderings.
• Develops an accurate high-quality photorealistic 3D renderings and images.
• Creates 2D drawings of product designs and translates the drawings and sketches into AutoCAD Drawings using AutoCAD & Photoshop program.
• Understanding client’s needs, while developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs with the technical office team leader to finalize the project on submission time.
• Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design. (CAD), 3Ds max (Vray or Corona), Photoshop, Microsoft Office & Rhino software is a plus.
• Experience in Residential, Administrative & Commercial buildings, Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industrial.
• Working in a team with other designers & has the ability to work under pressure during submissions.
