Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to seamlessly integrate technical expertise with sales proficiency. They will involve navigating the complex landscape of technical knowledge to meet clients' needs effectively.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in wireless and data networking.

- Graduation from a telecommunication and electronic engineering faculty.

Responsibilities:

Client acquisition, relationship management, and ensuring the alignment of our products with client requirements.

Engaging with a diverse clientele, including technical staff from non-retail organizations such as factories, public utilities, local authorities, oil & gas, and hospitals.

Daily Tasks:

From identifying potential clients to participating in trade shows, your daily activities will encompass:

- Client prospecting in designated regions.

- Establishment and maintenance of client relationships.

- Crafting persuasive narratives to showcase our products will serve & satisfy their needs.

- Negotiating tender and contract terms.

- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions

- Administering client accounts

- Analyzing costs and sales

- Preparing reports for head office

- Meeting regular sales targets

- Recording and maintaining client contact data

- Coordinating sales projects

- Providing pre-sales technical assistance

- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts

- Solving client problems

- Helping in the design of custom-made products

- Providing exemplary after-sales support.

- Collaboration with cross-functional teams for seamless client satisfaction.
