Experience in Architectural Designs (Exterior - Interior - Landscapes) 5+ Years
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Experience in real estate development and/or investment is a MUST
Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD - Revit - Lumion - 3D Max - or any relevant software
