Location: Head Office (Maadi)
Position: QS and Cost Engineer
Years of Experience: 6 to 8 years
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Preparing Take-off Sheets and Bill of Quantities according CSI Master format.
• Cost Estimating and pricing skills.
• Must be very organized and have effective problem solving, leadership and negotiation.

Skills:
• Technically strong in Construction Cost.
• Consultancy experience is a must.
• Knowledge of local construction material and imported material.
• Revit, Auto CAD and Microsoft Office.
