CONTRACT SPECIALIST

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our real estate company as a Contract Specialist.

Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, maintain and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, vendor contracts, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Identify legal risks in contracts and work proactively to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to negotiate terms and conditions that are favorable to the company while maintaining positive relationships.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on properties and transactions to assess their legal and regulatory compliance and identify any potential issues.
• Stay updated on relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Work closely with other departments to provide legal guidance and support.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Previous experience as a lawyer specializing in real estate and contract law.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
