SALES MANAGER

#Position: Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and goals.
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
– Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
– Set clear performance expectations for the sales team, monitor individual and team progress, and provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
– Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric approach.
– Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, and other industry professionals to generate leads and drive sales.
– Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
– Ensure compliance with relevant real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
– Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements:

– + 4 years Experience.
– Real Estate / Brokerage Background.
– A bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
