ADMIN ASSISTANT

Admin Assistant is needed Immediately for Recruitment Agency in
El Dokki

 

Description:
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings.
• Prepare communications, such as memos, mails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Create and maintain a filing system, both electronic and physical.

Requirements:
1- Bachelor Degree of Arts or Al-Alson English department only
2- Fresh Graduates
3- Fluency in English language is a must
4- Females only
5- Max age 25
6- Giza Residents are preferable
