is hiring: #Patient Educator
Education: Bachelor degree with medical background (Medicine, Pharmacy, Vet, Dentist)
Experience: 0-1-year Medical experience in education field.
Location: Heliopolis.
Responsibilities:
– Communicating with patients suffering from chronic diseases that we support in our programs and helping them to manage their diseases to improve their quality of life.
– Increasing awareness of our patients about their diseases.
– Supporting patients to comply with their treating physician’s instructions regarding their medications, life style, etc.
– Giving educational sessions to the patients about their diseases through our centers/ contracted hospitals.
– Handling any problems or Complaints that may be raised from our Patients.
