Job Purpose:

Responsible for designing defines standards and monitors the performance of applications (communication - artificial intelligence), takes corrective actions, and develop applications performance to meet the needs of users.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and define application standards ( communication - artificial intelligence) and the required modifications and implements them to meet the needs of ELARABY
Update designs and standards for applications (communication - artificial intelligence) according to the modifications that are requested to meet changes in users' needs
Implement application designs (communication - artificial intelligence) and the required modifications and implements them to meet the needs of ELARABY
Follow up the performance of applications (communication - artificial intelligence) through daily indicators of performance and takes corrective actions to maintain the quality of application performance
Respond to ticketing system from the problem management team of IT support to meet users' needs.
Train information technology officials on applications ( communication - artificial intelligence) to provide the necessary support to end-users
Train end-users on how to make the most of applications ( communication - artificial intelligence) to increase their productivity
Research and assess new technology in Microsoft 365 space; identify opportunities within our business to successfully leverage these tools.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Information Systems is preferred
2-4 years of experience in a relevant field
Familiar with providing Microsoft 365 service application system (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Lync, Skype for business, Streaming Technologies, and power platform) platform design, training, administration, configuration, development, and Management.
Experience with AI Services Design, installation, administration, and management like Azure bot service and other AI application
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Excellent team-building skills
Demonstrated ability to provide an outstanding customer service experience in a variety of circumstances across all organizational levels
Experience managing a team of engineers in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Teams administration
Experience with power Apps.
Experience with power automate.
Experience with SharePoint
Experience with power platform
