2. Able to change seats & go beyond finance and think from shipping stand point
3. People believer & Good business Coach
4. Can cope with change quickly and help others to follow
5. Thinks big and able to plan business operations that we do TODAY, in a way that serves Transmar in its future expanded version
6. Likes Technology & fond of digitizing
7. Challenger and Speaks his mind out to the team
8. Experienced in digital transformation (System Design & Migration)
9. Really Good with Financial Planning & Analysis
