Luna company for Industrial Investments is imports, Exports and Distributes Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, as well as; pharmaceutical machinery, food, oil, soap, detergents, cosmetics, fragrances & Flavors in Egypt & various Middle Eastern countries.
Job Objective:
A customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Key Responsibility
1- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
2- Identify and follow up customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
3- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
4- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
5- Manage customer complaint to achieve satisfaction
6- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and emails.
7- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Job Requirements:
2 – 3 years of experience.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration
Proficient in MS Office & ERP System
