El-Saba Automotive is hiring ” Customer service ”
Job duties:
• Follow up on all calls to evaluate the sales representative for different branches
• Track the online leads and coordinate with the telemarketing team on their follow-ups
• Call the customer to evaluate their purchasing experience and do an SSI survey
• Manage all agent’s reports
• Responsible for data completion for customers in the CRM system
• Manage the free maintenance processes and approvals
Requirements and skills
• 1:2 years of experience as a customer service
• knowledgeable in social media
• Very good command of Microsoft office
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of the English language
• Presentation skills
