IT HELPDESK

Cairo Kidney Center is currently seeking a qualified IT Helpdesk professional to join our team.
Key qualifications for the position include:
– Demonstrated experience in the IT field, preferably with a minimum of 1.3 years of relevant experience.
– bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field
– Strong proficiency in computer skills is essential.
– Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is a requirement.
– Preference will be given to candidates residing in the downtown area.
– Strong commitment & custmer services oriented
– ability to diagnosh and resolve basic technical issues
