We are seeking to hire #Personnel_Specialist position Full-Time at construction company at Obour City.
-Responsible for all personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and any concerned governmental authorities, and building a strong relationship with them in order to avoid any penalties that can be imposed on the company.
-Handel all the contracts process from issuance to renewal.
-Process and maintain personnel records, employee database, and files by following up on the employees’ credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the
-Personnel filing system in electronic and paper form.
-Administer termination procedures (resignations, end of contract…etc.) by exiting terminated employees out of the system and accomplish required documents and make financial Settlements and -papers to ensure an updated and accurate employee database.
-Follow-up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
-Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees’ commitment to the policies
-Responsible for all attendances technicians & meals & transportation.
-Handle the medical insurance additions of new employees, and deletions, and resolve any inquiries that might arise.
-Responsible for Hiring Process (Creating job posts/Screen CVs/Sending interview invitations for applicants / Making face-to-face interviews and following up on the next interviews technical and final).
-Create a recruitment tracker sheet to maintain a database of candidate records, including hired and resign employees, and hold and rejected applicants).
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related area.
-Very Good command of both spoken and written English
-1- 3 years of experience in a related field.
-Excellent Microsoft Office skills(Excel is a must)
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to cooperate with all categories of employees.
