JUNIOR FULLSTACK .NET DEVELOPER

1-Title: Junior Fullstack .NET Developer
Skills and knowledge:
• 1+ year of experience in developing .NET applications, including .NET API.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and database design, with experience in ADO.NET.
• Familiarity with .NET framework 4.0 or higher and .NET Core.
• Competence in Microsoft C# and LINQ.
• Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms and Entity Framework.
• Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Queries.
• Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Basic understanding of the Angular framework.
• Familiarity with version control systems.
• Experience with DevExpress.
• Experience with IIS server.
• Excellent Searching Skill.
2-Title: Junior IT Technical Support
Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
• Check and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk and Phone and remote support for end users.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, operating systems, screens, and scanners …..
• Coordinate PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software.
• Carry out timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
• Troubleshoot the network services (printing, email service, and Internet access)
• Operating audiovisual equipment and assisting in organizing events.
• Test and evaluate new technologies.
• Batching operation and systems update.
• Record events, problems, and their resolution in the ticketing system.
• Follow up on new IT Purchase requests.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT-related degree
– +1 years years of Experience as Technical Support
– Excellent command of English language
– CCNA or Related is a Must
– Helpdesk and customer service background
