QEHS MANAGER

QEHS ManagerQualifications/Experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferably engineering or science
NEBOSH or similar qualification
At least, 8 years of experience in industry, preferably glass processing
Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems
Certified lead auditor
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for company’s QEHS processes and procedures to ensure that company maintains its certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
Assist the management team to develop, manage and monitor the QEHS performance of the company.
Monitor and advise on all QEHS matters, issues and concerns to ensure company compliance with statutory requirements, contractual requirements and good industry practices.
Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of QEHS systems and procedures, identify and assist in implementing improvements
Conduct QEHS training courses using internal and external resources when required
Conduct risk assessments, manage and monitor emergency procedures, PPEs, risk controls, etc.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Implement root cause analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
Develop and monitor statistical and performance measurement reports
Provide quality assurance support to customers, suppliers and other departments whenever required.
Conduct QEHS system orientation seminars and other training related to the company’s QEHS System
