TRAINING ADMIN
We are hiring #Training Admin
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Training Admin role located in New Cairo. The Training Admin will support the training manager in the daily tasks such as
Response to client inquires
Prepare training offers
Prepare training tenders documents
Contact SMEs
Organizing training programs
Maintaining training records
Managing training logistics.
The Training Admin ensures that all documentation and materials are updated and distributed to the appropriate personnel, among other duties.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience as a training administrator or similar role is #MUST
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably and effectively with all levels of management and multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
