MARKETING MANAGER

Smiley’s Group is Hiring a Marketing Manager:Responsibilities:
· Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic
· Manage the marketing team ensure that they meet deadlines and complete necessary tasks.
· Oversee all marketing campaigns in the company
Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
· Manage and Plan for Photoshoots so that the result maintains the existing High Quality.
· Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
· Supervising on the external agencies who handle our social media and media buying.
· Organize and plan major events and exhibitions.
· Create monthly and annually budgets and plans.
· Track performance of all marketing campaigns to ensure required ROI is achieved monthly
· Ensure all Marketing Material is produced at the highest quality, showing
the highest attention to detail
· Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
· Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
· Handling communications and negotiations with all the aggregators
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience in marketing in the Food & Beverage Industry is a must
· A university degree in marketing/business or any related field
· Experience in managing a team and working with external agencies.
· Experience in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing and digital ads
· Established PR contacts with foodies and influencers
· Basic to in-depth experience working with Google Analytics, Business Manager(Meta), and Email Marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
· Proficiency in working with metrics and using analysis to make informed Decisions
· Experience in planning exhibitions and events.
· Familiarity with graphic designs software is a plus (Photoshop, illustrator & Canva)
· Familiarity with E-commerce websites
