MARKETING MANAGER

💡 One of our clients is looking for a Marketing Manager.

📎 Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior management to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape to inform strategy development.
3. Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
4. Create compelling and effective messaging to resonate with the target audience.
5. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and communication channels.
6. Monitor brand perception and recommend adjustments to maintain a positive brand image.
7. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
8. Analyze digital metrics and data to optimize campaigns and improve online presence.
9. Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and challenges.
10. Use market insights to guide decision-making and adjust strategies as needed.
11. Develop and manage marketing budgets for various campaigns and initiatives.
12. Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
13. Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and industry players to enhance brand visibility.
14. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
15. Generate regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate the impact of marketing efforts.

📑 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and trends.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
