Job Purpose
Support the Chief of Staff in managing high-level projects Answering inquiries from Group management in Morocco, coordinating with the country executive management (CEC) and the group functions Developing, reviewing and delivering high-level analysis and presentations to senior management and the Board, including regular follow-up and reporting on the delivery of the Bank’s strategy To contribute to the development of the strategic objectives of the Bank in conjunction with the CEC, Business Functions, Clusters and Group management To ensure that strategic proposals and recommendations are appropriate and achievable Review and develop strategic documents, Monthly Business Reviews, MD reports, presentations and communications Support and facilitate various senior executive management meetings, acting as secretary of the Country Executive Committees when needed Understand and apply the economic concepts, theories and analytical techniques to provide advice, recommendation and practical information that will aid managerial planning and decision-making tasks Monitor Egypt’s economic and political developments to support senior management decision making Undertake relevant researches and write relevant reports Assist the Chief of Staff in all Banking areas with the execution of the long term strategy, Bank direction and roadmap Ensure functional business plans are aligned with the overall strategy, ensuring a full understanding of the requirements for delivery of the business strategy and steps to be taken Monitor the progression of the business against strategic plans and competition to ensure that the business continues to progress against medium term goals and relative to competition Provide market scan and landscapes Interpret competitor analysis (Financial and non- Financial) and share with the CoS, MD, CEC, Chairman and Board members Support in development and assessment of expansion opportunities

Time Split: 40% Support the Chief of Staff in managing day-to-day business
Responsibilities would include high-level projects that are of a confidential and sensitive nature Take full responsibility for associated due diligence, data rooms, data requests, integration planning and execution Lead initiatives and projects to enhance the product platform and drive sales and revenue growth Work with the technology and operations to develop and monitor product systems and process performance Support the Bank-wide transformational projects to ensure achieving and exceeding targets Manage Egypt business & strategic initiatives Ensure Bank strategy aligned with group strategy Ensure all Bank business units are made aware of and aligned to the Bank strategy Present results that are easily understood in a clear and persuasive manner and ensure that arguments and outcomes are accepted Provide clear strategic guidance to all business functions Represent Bank in events, conferences, industry/sector groups and forums as required Lead development of key strategic agenda initiatives ensuring appropriate priority and timing of each initiative Close monitoring of the execution of business strategies for fast and successful implementation and value creation Identifying critical core competencies and recommending approaches to build/acquire them Providing direction for annual and longer-term planning
Main Accountabilities
Coordination with Senior Stakeholders
Time Split: 50% Lead the coordination between senior stakeholders including the CoS, the MD, the CEC, the Group Management, the Chairman and the Board members
Act as the secretary of the CEC regular meetings, developing suitable agendas, taking minutes, drawing up action plans and completing the necessary tracking Maintenance of the CEC committees and sub committees governance requirements including its ToRs and structures Manage all corporate governance issues related to the Chief of Staff and take the full ownership of responding to all audit and CBE requirements Coordinate country and functional business performance review meetings Manage Egypt business initiatives & strategic initiatives in coordination with all senior executives and CEC members Create presentations and other communications to be presented to senior stakeholders Review and recommend proposals for significant recommendations, including upgrades to the current product offering, changes to policies and procedures, fundamental changes in messaging and marketing, targeting of new channels, etc.

University graduate preferably holding marketing, investment, economics or other industry qualification Significant experience in senior stakeholder management and relationship/facing role Jobholder will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in the generation of new business/ideas Subject expert matter in making presentations, reports , factsheets and concept papers Proficient in analysing and interpreting complicated numerical and financial information Proven experience of working in a highly confidential role Demonstrated project management experience from end to end Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Ability to clearly & concisely present concepts to senior management Must be analytical, business and financial literate, and detail oriented Must be self-motivated and able to complete projects independently with appropriate direction Experience in managing multiple, complex and out-sourced relationships Strong leadership skills with proven experience in creating an overall improvement in performance and productivity Collaborative and able to share best practice at all levels Able to cope under pressure, managing a wide range of priorities with multiple objectives Politically astute and able to understand the dynamics of large, complex organizations Must have a sound understanding of basic economic theories
Preferred
Master's in Business Administration or relevant discipline. Banking / consulting / advisory and/or economics experience in organizational and strategic matters with a wide range of financial services and/or other large organizations Experience of working in a multinational, multi-segment environment with matrix reporting. Awareness of cultural differences and varying legal/regulatory environment Research background and capabilities will be a valuable asset
