ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST

We’re Hiring an ” Administration Specialist ” We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to ensure smooth administrative operations within our organization.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and coordinate various administrative functions, including office maintenance and supplies management.
– Maintain a conducive work environment by overseeing office hygiene, staff dressing, and utilities.
– Organize and update office records, files, and documentation for efficient information management.
– Assist in procurement processes and vendor selection based on quality, price, and delivery time.
– Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure functionality.
– Plan and organize company events and activities to promote employee engagement.
– Ensure office security and manage visitor registration with the collaboration of security personnel.
– Support Chinese colleagues in renewing residence cards and driver’s licenses.
– Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations related to office administration.
– Handle additional administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Administration / Purchising Specialist or in a similar role .
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
