SENIOR RECRUITER

“Senior Recruiter (Blue Collar) “is required for a chemical manufacturing company located in Maadi

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead our blue-collar recruitment efforts. The Senior Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
· Source, screen, and interview blue-collar candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
· Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with local trade schools, industry organizations, and job boards to source candidates.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to making offers.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
· Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
·Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on blue-collar positions.
· Knowledge of chemical manufacturing or related industries is a plus.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
