IT FIRST-LINE SUPPORT
We are hiring IT first-line support:
#Responsibilities :
– Respond to troubleshooting and resolving first-line support issues in a timely and effective manner.
– Take ownership of support issues, be proactive, and seek closure, ensuring all relevant support procedures are followed.
– Log all communication on the ticketing system and maintain full documentation.
– Manage and track inventory, including organizational IT assets and devices.
– Unboxing, testing, labeling, and installing new hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, scanners, network devices, printers, etc.) in line with defined procedures.
– Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
– Arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in-house.
– Escalation of more complex calls to the relevant support team member.
– Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
– Perform any other reasonable duties consistent with the role as required.
#Requirement:
– B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Sc. Electronics and Communication Engineering, or relevant.
– 1+ Years of experience in the same role.
– Oral and written fluency in English and Arabic.
– A+, CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, ITIL, Security+, and Network+ are a plus
#Technical_Skills:
– Microsoft-based operating systems, Microsoft Windows, and Office.
– Microsoft Server, AD, NTP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
– Google Workspace, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.
– Networks, switching, routing, TCP/IP, OSI model.
– Wireless LAN Controller, Access Points
– Computer architecture and troubleshooting skills.
– Scripting and programming, Python, Javascript.
